In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

By accessing the lkc12 website, creating an account, completing the lkc12 Login, depositing funds, accepting any bonus offer, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be bound by them, together with lkc12's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

lkc12 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. The version date displayed at the top of this page indicates when the most recent changes were made.

If you access lkc12 on behalf of any other person or entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to bind that person or entity to these terms, and that they too satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.

To open and maintain an lkc12 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lkc12 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or participate in any betting or gaming activity on the platform.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or otherwise accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited under applicable local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual for personal entertainment purposes only. Use of lkc12 for commercial purposes or in a professional capacity is prohibited without express written consent.
• You must not be a resident of a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in Clause 1 or as updated by lkc12 from time to time.
• You must not be a current or former employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or immediate family member of any employee of lkc12 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You must not be self-excluded from lkc12 or any affiliated platform, or subject to any voluntary or mandatory exclusion order at the time of registration.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.

To use lkc12's betting and gaming products, you must register a single Member account via the lkc12 Login page. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid contact email address.

One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one active lkc12 account. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same person — identified by matching personal details, payment instruments, device fingerprints, or IP addresses — constitutes a material breach of these terms. In such cases, lkc12 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending or settled wagers, and forfeit the entire account balance.

lkc12 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members prior to processing any withdrawal request. KYC verification may also be triggered at any point during a Member's activity if lkc12 has reasonable grounds to require additional identity confirmation.

To complete KYC, Members must submit the following documents via the lkc12 account portal or as directed by the support team:

1. Government-issued photo identification: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), Passport, or Driver's License (SIM) showing your full name and date of birth.
2. Proof of residential address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the last three months, displaying your name and registered address in Indonesia.
3. Payment method verification: Proof of ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used to deposit funds (e.g., a screenshot of the BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, OVO, DANA, or GoPay account showing your registered name).

lkc12 aims to process KYC submissions within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of complete documentation. During the KYC review period, deposits and gameplay remain available; however, withdrawals will be held pending successful verification. lkc12 reserves the right to request additional documentation if the submitted materials are insufficient to confirm identity to the required standard.

All financial transactions on lkc12 are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) through the following approved payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja, and QRIS. lkc12 does not accept deposits via credit card, third-party payment processors, or cryptocurrency.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rp 20.000
• Deposits are credited to the lkc12 account balance within seconds under normal operating conditions.
• lkc12 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside lkc12's control.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be reversed upon detection.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rp 50.000
• Maximum single withdrawal: subject to account tier and VIP status — contact support for applicable limits.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in compliance with anti-money-laundering (AML) requirements.
• Fully verified (KYC-complete) Members in good standing typically receive withdrawals within 5 minutes during business hours (WIB). Processing times may extend during peak periods or where additional review is required.
• lkc12 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing any withdrawal. This may temporarily delay the transaction but will not affect the final amount, provided all conditions are met.
• Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements attached to accepted bonus offers have been fully satisfied.

lkc12 periodically offers bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, reload promotions, and seasonal campaigns to eligible Members. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer, which form part of this agreement when you accept any such offer.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible product categories (sportsbook, slots, live casino), minimum odds, and expiry period are stated in the individual bonus terms.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per Member, household, shared device, and shared IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Welcome Bonus: The welcome bonus is available to new Members making their first qualifying deposit. Members who have previously held an lkc12 account under any name or payment method are not eligible for the welcome bonus.
• Bonus Abuse: Any strategy or pattern of play that lkc12 determines, in its reasonable judgment, to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-variance betting designed solely to satisfy wagering requirements, arbitrage across promotions, or use of multiple accounts to claim a single offer — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Expiry: Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire after the stated validity period. lkc12 is not obligated to provide extensions or compensation for expired bonus offers.
• Modification and Withdrawal: lkc12 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to the requirement that the rights of Members who have already accepted a valid offer will be honored in accordance with the terms in effect at the time of acceptance.

All bets and wagers placed on the lkc12 platform are subject to the specific product rules applicable to the relevant betting or gaming vertical. General rules applicable across all products are set out below:

• Bet Acceptance: lkc12 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event after the outcome is already known, where system or odds errors have occurred, or where there is evidence of match-fixing or irregular activity.
• Odds & Prices: Odds displayed on the lkc12 sportsbook are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. The odds at which a bet is confirmed are the final odds for that wager. lkc12 is not responsible for any discrepancy between displayed and confirmed odds resulting from network delay on the Member's device.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided in circumstances including event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, or where lkc12 determines that a palpable error (manifestly incorrect odds or lines) was published. Voided bets are returned to the Member's account balance at stake value.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets: Where one or more selections in an accumulator are voided, the void leg is removed and the bet is recalculated at the remaining odds. If only one selection remains after voids, the bet is settled as a single.
• Live / In-Play Betting: In-play markets may be suspended at any time due to significant match events or technical circumstances. lkc12 is not liable for the inability to place a live bet during a suspension period.
• Casino & Slot Game Rules: Each game title is governed by the rules programmed by the respective game studio (e.g., Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt). lkc12 does not modify game logic, return-to-player (RTP) rates, or random number generator (RNG) outcomes. In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game result, the game studio's server logs are the authoritative record.
• System Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or betting event outcome, lkc12 reserves the right to void affected wagers and return stakes to Members' accounts. No compensation is payable for interrupted gaming sessions beyond the return of the original stake.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lkc12 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, referral to law-enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account in a name other than your own.
• Providing false or misleading personal information at any stage of registration, KYC, or account management.
• Using lkc12 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or unintended loopholes to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other Members.
• Colluding with other Members in multi-player games or live dealer tables to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, gather data, or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals through your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith after funds have been used for wagering.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any coordinated effort to corrupt the integrity of events listed on the lkc12 sportsbook.
• Accessing lkc12 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other method of obfuscating your true geographic location.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward lkc12 staff or other Members via live chat, email, or any other communication channel.

All content on the lkc12 platform — including but not limited to the lkc12 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the proprietary intellectual property of lkc12 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the lkc12 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any software; create derivative works based on lkc12 content; or use the lkc12 brand or trademarks without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of lkc12's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

lkc12 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an lkc12 account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

lkc12 processes personal data for the following primary purposes: account administration and identity verification; fraud prevention and AML compliance; delivery of customer support; personalization of betting and gaming product recommendations; and communication of promotional offers where consent has been given.

lkc12 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with licensed game providers, payment processors, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to deliver the services described in these terms. Full details of data sharing arrangements, retention periods, and Member data rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lkc12 and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, game providers, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with use of the lkc12 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or anticipated winnings from voided or disputed bets.
• Loss of data or account content resulting from technical malfunction, unauthorized access, or force majeure events.
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, network failure, regulatory action, or circumstances beyond lkc12's reasonable control.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or account balances subsequently corrected by lkc12 in accordance with these terms.
• Decisions or actions of third-party game providers that affect game availability, RTP, or game rules.

lkc12's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any claim arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Member in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination by lkc12: lkc12 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, where:

• The Member has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• lkc12 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• The Member has failed to satisfy KYC verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
• lkc12 is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or order of a competent authority.
• The Member is found to be ineligible under Clause 3, including being under 21 years of age or accessing from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

Where an account is closed by lkc12 due to suspected fraud or a breach of these terms, lkc12 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the balance will be forfeited. If no fraud is established, the verified real-money balance (excluding any unmet bonus funds) will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method.

Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request closure of your lkc12 account at any time by contacting our customer support team via live chat or email. Before processing a voluntary closure, lkc12 will settle any pending wagers and process a final withdrawal of the verified real-money balance to your registered payment method. Voluntary account closure does not affect any rights or obligations already accrued under these terms.

lkc12 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active Members via a notice displayed on the lkc12 platform or via email to the registered address on file, at least 7 days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law or regulatory direction.

Amendments take effect on the stated effective date. Continued use of the lkc12 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date and withdraw any available balance.

The version date displayed at the top of this page reflects the most recent amendment. All prior versions are superseded by the current version and are not legally operative after the effective date of the latest amendment.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which lkc12 holds its international gaming license.

Dispute Resolution Procedure: In the event of any dispute between you and lkc12, you should contact our customer support team in the first instance. lkc12 is committed to resolving Member complaints promptly and fairly. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with our support team, you may escalate the matter to lkc12's designated complaints officer by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Username]". The complaints officer will conduct an independent review and issue a final determination within 14 business days.

lkc12 cooperates with internationally recognized alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies for online gaming disputes. Details of the applicable ADR scheme will be provided upon request or in the event that a formal complaint cannot be resolved internally.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the applicable laws of Indonesia.
